Hey, I’m Emily. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Cambridge, New Zealand, who knows too well what it feels like to juggle family, work, and the never-ending to-do list.
When I became a step-mum, I found myself putting my own health last. It took a while, but I realised I wasn’t the only one. So many busy people — especially women — want to feel stronger and more confident, but struggle to find the time or routine that works for them.
That’s why I started coaching. My mission is to make health and fitness realistic, personalised, and empowering without feeling overwhelming.
